These Terms of Use govern your use of FitPDF Pro™ (the “App”), developed and owned by xxlerate, Inc., a Georgia corporation. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
xxlerate, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FitPDF Pro for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the Apple App Store license agreement.
Ownership
The App and all associated intellectual property are owned by xxlerate, Inc. FitPDF Pro™ is a trademark of xxlerate, Inc.
User content
You retain full ownership of any files you process using FitPDF Pro. The App processes files locally on your Mac, and xxlerate, Inc. does not access, store, or transmit your files.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Do not redistribute or resell the App except as permitted through the App Store.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. xxlerate, Inc. does not guarantee the App will be error-free or meet all specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xxlerate, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Termination
Your license to use the App may be terminated if you violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
